When contacting support:
Please include your device model, iOS version, Pocket Studio version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send private recordings unless we specifically request them.
Restore a purchase
Open Pocket Studio's Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that originally made the purchase.
Camera or microphone unavailable
Open Settings → Privacy & Security, select Camera or Microphone, and allow access for Pocket Studio.
Unable to save an export
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos and confirm that Pocket Studio can add photos and videos.
Billing and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. Manage subscriptions, billing, and refund requests through your Apple Account or Apple Support.
